On October 27th, the Sino-Korean ConfucianismExchange Workshopwas held at ChinaConfucius Research Institute.

Expertsdiscussed and exchanged ideas on the future development and planning of the Confucius Research Institute's Overseas Confucianism Research and Communication Center, including establishing a research center to jointly carry out the "Review and Reflection on Sino Korean Confucianism Exchange" research report, fully implementingthetranslation projectof excellent academic works of the Confucius Institute, further expandingcommunication channels, improvingcommunication levels, and actively establishingan annual exchange of visits mechanism.Consensus was reached among participants.

The cultural exchanges between China and South Korea have a profound origin, and Confucian culture is a shared value and valuable resource for cooperation between the two sides. This meeting is of great significance for achieving new height in the inheritance and innovation ofthe exchange and mutual learning between mainland and overseas Confucianstudies.
