On December 5, the special exhibition of "Ancient Chinese Civilization Exhibition: Rites, Faith and Diversity" was unveiled in Ningbo Museum. The exhibition was jointly launched by Ningbo Museum and Shanghai Museum, and 198 pieces (sets) of precious cultural relics from Shanghai Museum were collectively displayed, bringing the audience a feast of early Chinese civilization.

The exhibition consists of four major sections, centering on the core theme of ancient Chinese civilization, and through the precious relics created and used by various ancestors, people can intuitively feel the charm of Chinese culture from prehistory to the Han Dynasty.

This exhibition selects the fine collection of Shanghai Museum,featuring long time span, rich categories, diverse types and large scale. This is the first time that the fine bronze ware collected by Shanghai Museum is exhibited in a large-scale and systematically in Ningbo. The exhibits are mainly bronzes, both including Liangzhu culture jade, Shang Dynasty bone inscription, Warring States coins, Han Dynasty pottery and so on.

It is reported that the exhibition will run until March 3, 2024.
