On November 22, the 157th sessionof the Qilu Analectsreadingworkshopand the calligraphy exhibition of Li Yong's Yan-style Analectswere held in Jinan. Guo Chengyan, Secretary of the CPCCommittee and Deputy Director of Nishan World Center for Confucian Studies (Secretariat of China Confucius Foundation), Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of China Confucius Foundation, attended and delivered a speech.

In recent years, Nishan World Center for ConfucianStudies has been integratingresearch resources from institutions like China Confucius Research Institute, Confucius Museum, and Mencius Research Institute. It has established specialized platforms such as Xunzi Research Center, building a comprehensive research framework for pre-Qin Confucian thought encompassing Confucius, Mencius, and Xunzi. The center has expanded the global influence of Chinese culture through international academic forums, overseas branch centers, and cultural exchanges abroad. It has also launched the "Great Learning Hall of Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture" public lecture series, published popular works like "An Interpretation of the Analects" and innovatively introduced bilingual recitation videos titled "Daily Analects" to enhance cultural outreach through bilingual dissemination.NishanWorld Center for Confucian Studies and China Confucius Foundation will continue to implement the public welfare open course project, providing free popular reading materials to promote the accessible dissemination of classical texts. They will explore multilingual communication models and take practical actions to advance cultural outreach, contributing to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Wang Wei, a professor at Shandong University of Finance and Economics, a specially-appointed expert byNishanWorld Center for Confucian Studies, and the initiator and lecturerof the Qilu AnalectsReading, delivered a review lecture on the "Zi Zhang Chapter" ofAnalects. Combining classic quotes such as “士见危致命，见得思义”“博学而笃志，切问而近思”, he followed the thread of the "Six Studies of The Analects of Confucius". His presentation demystified the principles of self-cultivation, social conduct, and scholarly methodology, offering attendees a profound cultural enlightenment.
